Completion of construction of 1x1250KVA transformer substation.

Quanganh’s project involves the construction of a 22KV transmission line and a 1250KVA substation for the Jia Bao Rui Factory in the Bau Bang Industrial Zone, Lai Uyen, Binh Duong. The project began with the preparation and approval of the installation documents for the 1x1250KVA-22/0.4KV substation.

The substation will use a Thibidi 22/0.4Kv 1250Kva outdoor type oil transformer. Medium-voltage cables, including phase wires (3CXV-50mm2 cadivi) and neutral wires (M-25mm2 cadivi), will be used in the 1250KVA substation. Low-voltage cables, using CV240mm2 cadivi, will be exported from the 1250KVA transformer.

To measure the electricity consumption of the substation, a new set of energy meters will be installed at the branching point. Additionally, a new 2000A 85KA Mitsubishi ACB switchboard will be installed for cutting off and protecting the low-voltage side of the substation. To improve power factor, a 600Kvar power factor correction capacitor bank will be coupled with the switchboard.

The completion of Quanganh’s project will provide efficient and reliable power supply to the Jia Bao Rui Factory in the Bau Bang Industrial Zone, Lai Uyen, Binh Duong, promoting productivity and growth for the company.

Handover and acceptance in turning on the electricity of the substation to the investor was carried out on November 19th, 2020.

 

The 1250Kva transformer substation is located on the premises of Jia Bao Rui Factory, Jia Bao Rui Co., Ltd. (VN), constructed in lot A-5H-CN, D4 Street, Bau Bang Industrial Park, Lai Uyen town, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province.
